Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are having trouble offloading their grandeur Milton, Ga., mansion amid their financial troubles and messy separation.
Pvnew confirmed that the estranged pair slashed the asking price of the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom home by $500,000.
The duo had listed the home, which was originally valued at $3 million, for a stunning $6 million in October 2023. However, they were forced to lower the price after failing to find a buyer.
Perhaps it’s not a great selling point that the ex-“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star and Biermann are both still residing in the pad with their four youngest children — Kroy, Kash and twins Kane and Kaia — as their contentious divorce rages on.
Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s eldest two daughters — Brielle and Ariana — from previous relationships when they were minors, though they don’t live in the deluxe digs.
It’s equally troubling that the duo, who are both struggling financially, were forced to put the house into foreclosure in February of this year after the former Bravolebrities defaulted on a $1.65 million loan they took out for the home in 2016.
Still, the gothic home has its charms — specifically the sprawling estate’s lavish backyard swimming pool and waterfall hot tub.
The property also features a half-size basketball court and a grand circular driveway with a tall gate at the end to ensure safety and security.
Inside the abode, the family enjoys several lavish living spaces.
Their dining room has a moody ambiance with its dark walls, long dining table and a shimmery chandelier that steals the show.
The low-lit dining room smartly juxtaposes the sunlight-filled airy bar area fitted with top-notch appliances and white cabinetry.
The long counter can easily seat four people and there is a large wine fridge installed close by.
Meanwhile, the mansion’s study has a classy elegance with an impressive fireplace and plenty of wall space for art and decor.
Off the bar room is a living room with plush seating and ceiling-to-floor windows draped with blush curtains. Similarly, the “Hollywood Room” boasts tall windows that allow sunlight to shine onto the silver interiors.
A unique touch is the home’s arched doorways, which evoke an inviting feeling to the palatial structure.
The entryway is also fitted with a gorgeous spiral staircase perfect for making an entrance and much of the home is adorned with glamorous light fixtures.
