Two of Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’ kids made a rare appearance on “Live with Kelly and Mark” on Tuesday.
The longtime couple’s two oldest children –– son Michael, 26, and daughter Lola, 22 –– helped their parents co-host a holiday cooking segment on the morning show.
“Well, well, well the chickens are back in the coop for the holidays!” Kelly exclaimed while squeezing Lola and the audience cheered.
Before they got to cooking gingerbread cookies, Kelly, 53, and Mark, 52, asked their kids to share an update on their lives.
“It’s been great,” Michael said. “[I’m] living in Brooklyn, producing for ‘The Real Housewives,’ about two years of that now.”
Meanwhile, Lola gushed that living in London has been “amazing,” and she’s continued “making music.”
Their youngest family member, 20-year-old son Joaquin, was not present for the segment, since he is still finishing up his semester at the University of Michigan.
The Consuelos family were all smiles as Lola and Michael tried their best to read the directions and instruct their parents on making holiday cookies.
At one point, Kelly sweetly asked Lola if she “know[s] what you’re saying or are you just saying words?”
Throughout the segment, all four family members smiled, exchanged hugs and poked fun at each other.
Michael even teased Lola for interrupting their mom by asking a question about refrigerating the dough.
“Nicely done,” Michael sarcastically told his sister.
The famed family was eventually able to show off the finished product, including a gingerbread man dedicated to their missing fifth family member, “little Joaquin.”
“Oh my God, Joaquin’s here in spirit!” Kelly gushed.
While the “All My Children” alums rarely bring their kids on the show, they frequently talk about them.
Lola made a solo appearance in October, although she previously asked her parents to not show her on the hit morning show.
