Hoda Kotb shared some epic behind-the-scenes pics from her “Today” show producer’s wedding in New York City over the weekend.
The TV host and co-host Jenna Bush Hager broke down the “beautiful” night with their colleagues during Monday’s episode of “Today with Hoda and Jenna.”
During the broadcast, Kotb shared four photos she took after getting a little tipsy.
“I took some drunkie selfies, OK, everybody does it. It was beautiful, it was nice,” she said while the photos popped up on the screen.
The first picture was a blurry selfie of Kotb smiling from ear to ear while fellow “Today” show anchor Savannah Guthrie, her husband, Michael Feldman, and the show’s weatherman Al Roker all stood behind her and smiled.
In the second selfie, Kotb once again flashed a huge smile while the bride, Jennifer K. Long, posed in the middle alongside Guthrie, Roker and Sheinelle Jones.
The third picture was a group shot that didn’t appear to have Kotb, 59, in it, but was a photo of Long sitting on her husband’s lap surrounded by over two dozen people.
Roker, 69, and Jones, 45, stood next to each other and directly behind the bride, while Guthrie, 51, stood slightly behind both of them.
A fourth photo quickly flashed across the screen that showed Guthrie, Jones, Kotb and Roker all sitting together at a table and smiling.
Former “Today” show host Matt Lauer, who attended the wedding with girlfriend Shamin Abas, didn’t appear to be in any of the included photos.
Kotb didn’t specifically mention reuniting with Lauer, but she did tease that Long is the type of person who “can bring everybody together.”
“That’s the magic of her, all people from all the eras who’ve worked with her were all there,” Kotb raved.
Bush Hager then chimed in to ask if it was “fun” to see some of their “old friends.”
“Yeah, I think it’s a beautiful gathering when everyone’s together, and everyone was celebrating her,” Kotb reflected.
She also shared some insight into the reception, held at the Union League Club in New York City, telling viewers the newlyweds had a yacht rock band and that “everyone was on the dance floor.”
“I danced! I danced with everybody,” Kotb said. “I danced with Roker, I danced with Savannah, I just danced around.”
The producer’s wedding marked a rare reunion between Lauer, 65, and his “Today” show colleagues after he was axed for “inappropriate sexual behavior in the workplace” in November 2017.
“Lauer kept busy introducing his girlfriend to the guests at the party and the exchanges between him and his former colleagues were very cordial and friendly,” one source told Pvnew.
Pvnew obtained exclusive photos that showed Lauer and Abas walking in together, as well as pics of Guthrie and Feldman smiling and waving upon entering the glitzy venue.
The insider told us that Guthrie and Kotb both “made the rounds with everyone and snapped selfies with guests.”
“The ‘Today’ show crowd was super energetic and engaging with all of Jen’s family and friends,” they added.
Meanwhile, the NBC morning show team wasn’t the only one making headlines, since former “GMA3” anchors turned couple Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes were also in attendance.
Sources told us the lovebirds “were quite handsy” and engaged in “very dirty dancing on the dance floor.”
Guthrie and her husband were even photographed laughing, interlocking arms and having a grand old time while leaving the venue with Robach and Holmes.
Robach and Holmes made headlines when they were photographed looking cozy together in November 2022. Despite each both being still legally married to other people, they have since denied they cheated on their respective spouses –– who have since started dating each other.
