Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have managed to maintain a “mature” co-parenting relationship since separating in 2015, according to a new report.
The former couple’s three children — Violet, 17, Seraphina, 14, and Samuel, 11 — are “the focus” of their post-divorce dynamic, a source told Us Weekly Wednesday.
The insider also shared that the exes get along well with each other’s current partners.
Affleck, 51, is “very friendly with” Garner’s boyfriend, John Miller, per the report.
“Ben is super down-to-earth, and so is John,” the source said. “They have a mutual respect for each other.”
Miller, 45 — who has been dating Garner, 51, on and off since 2018 — also has children of his own. He and his ex-wife, Caroline Campbell, share daughter Violet and son Quest.
Lopez, 54, has co-parenting experience, too, as she welcomed twins Max and Emme, now 15, with her ex-husband Marc Anthony.
The “Jenny From the Block” singer married Affleck in July 2022 and helped him get to a “better” place with Garner, according to the Daily Mail.
Lopez even praised the duo in her November 2022 Vogue cover story.
“[Garner is] an amazing co-parent,” the Grammy nominee said at the time. “They work really well together.”
Lopez is frequently photographed with Violet, Seraphina and Samuel as she and Affleck raise their blended family in their $60 million Beverly Hills, Calif., mansion.
Coming together was “emotional” for the little ones, she told “Today” show viewers in January.
“At the same time, [it’s] all your dreams coming true,” the performer clarified.
While Garner has kept her lips zipped about Lopez and Affleck in recent years, she did give some insight into her own parenting style on the same morning show Tuesday.
The “13 Going on 30” star explained the “benign neglect” she practices, saying, “[My kids’] lives are their own. I’m not trying to live their life, and I don’t mind that they see that I love mine.”
