Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker naturally conceived their baby boy, Rocky — and the couple know exactly “when it happened.”
The Poosh creator shared that detail while telling her sisters her pregnancy news on Thursday’s episode of “The Kardashians.”
She revealed, “It happened on Valentine’s Day.”
The reality star, 44, went on to say in a confessional that she and Barker, 48, were “not trying whatsoever” to conceive after stopping in vitro fertilization.
“I didn’t even check my ovulation anymore,” Kardashian explained. “We decided to put it on God’s hands. I thought it was just not happening and we were, like, accepting of it, and then, God’s plan.”
She noted that “it took a year” to get “all of those hormones and chemicals” out of her system post-IVF.
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum shared the news with her siblings by putting 12-week ultrasound photos into envelopes for each of them.

Kendall Jenner reacted by accusing the Lemme creator of “lying” before she, Kylie Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian hugged Kourtney.
In confessionals, Kim, 43, and Khloé, 39, expressed their excitement.
“The fact that she got pregnant is such a beautiful thing,” the Skims creator gushed. “It’s what’s meant to be.”
The Good American co-creator, for her part, said, “I am so so so happy that this happened for her.”
In a separate scene, Kourtney’s son Reign also shared his thoughts, from wanting to teach the little one how to play video games to naming it Deez Big Nuts.
The Hulu personality publicly shared her pregnancy at a June Blink-182 concert, followed by a gender reveal party later that same month.
The couple’s baby boy, Rocky, was born on Nov. 1 — but they have not shared pictures of the infant since his arrival.
Kourtney previously welcomed Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8, with ex Scott Disick, while Barker shares Landon, 20, and Alabama, 17, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
