Kourtney Kardashian is mourning her past self.
The Poosh founder admitted to missing a part of who she used to be before going therapy in sister Kim Kardashian’s GQ cover profile published Tuesday.
“No-feelings-bitchy Kourtney was a vibe and it was so nice not to give a f—k,” she said.
However, Kourtney added that she has recommended therapy to other members of her family.
“I’ve definitely talked about it for years with my family because I really do find it so helpful,” she explained.
“But I also don’t want to push it. You can give them the information, but then it’s their journey.”
Meanwhile, Kim said she only visits a child psychologist for advice on caring for her four kids, whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West.
“Sometimes I feel challenged by parenting,” the Skims founder, 43, told the outlet.
“But I have the best group of friends and we talk about everything together, so that to me is therapy. I hit the lottery, the fucking Mega Ball of friends.”
Though Kim shared that she temporarily worked with a therapist before her divorce from the “Heartless” rapper, 46.
The sisters’ comments on therapy come after Kourtney, 44, welcomed her first baby, Rocky 13, with her husband, Travis Barker.
Pvnew confirmed that the reality star gave birth after the Blink-182 drummer and her sister Kylie Jenner were photographed visiting Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles last week.
But apparently the newborn has yet to meet the entire Kardashian-Jenner clan since the Lemme founder has reportedly been keeping a strict “invite-only” list for visitors.
According to the US Sun, Kim is still waiting to see her little nephew while Kourtney and Travis prioritize the mom of four’s rest and their own quality time with Rocky.
“Then they will be inviting the extended family over on an individual basis,” a source told the outlet. “So now everyone’s talking about where Kim will be on the list.”
“Obviously, Kris [Jenner] will be first — but who is going to get the second invite?”
“Kourtney has said it’s a germs thing — to protect the baby and not expose him to any risk — but it’s, like, part of her new strategy to keep everyone at arm’s length,” the insider added.
The health guru also shares three kids — daughter Penelope, 11, and sons Mason, 13, and Reign, 8 — with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.
As for Travis, he shares two children — son Landon, 20, and daughter Alabama, 17 — with his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler.
