Caitlyn Jenner slammed the “lying” media for saying she “spilled all the family tea” about the Kardashian-Jenner brood in her new documentary.
On Saturday, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to explain that she had not spoken negatively of her ex-wife Kris Jenner.
“It’s true,” she tweeted alongside an article from People that stated it was “love at first sight” for Caitlyn and Kris, who were married for 23 years.
“It was magical. Best years of my life! She brought me back to life in so many ways.”
In a follow-up tweet, the former Olympian, 73, called out the media, saying that she did not talk badly about her famed family in her new doc, “House of Kardashian,” despite what was being portrayed.
“I hate to see the press lying about my role in the new documentary on Sky saying I spilled all the family tea,” she wrote.
“It’s such BS. I spoke so highly of all of my family – and yes that includes Kris. The media is so cruel and cares only about clicks. I went on fighting for my family!”
Caitlyn’s remarks come a month after she made headlines for saying her stepdaughter Kim Kardashian “calculated” her fame.
“Kimberly calculated from the beginning, ‘How do I become famous?’” she said in a trailer for the three-part doc at the time.
After Caitlyn’s statement about the Skims founder went viral, sources close to the former athlete told TMZ that she regretted using the term “calculated” and didn’t intend it as a diss.

She also told Kardashian, 42, that the trailer was edited to make her comments seem more controversial than they actually were.
“Kim knows Caitlyn’s heart and intentions were positive. They’re close and have spoken about this,” a source told Pvnew. “All is good and well.”
In the documentary, which was released on Oct. 8, Caitlyn also shared that she tried to dodge Kardashian’s sex tape scandal with ex Ray J as best as she could after the video leaked in 2007.
“Whatever’s going on, I don’t know what it is and I’m gonna go to the golf course,” the “I Am Cait” alum confessed.
“To be honest with you, I just stayed out of it. Kris never talked to me about it. I never talked to Kimberly about it. I don’t know what happened, why it happened.”
“House of Kardashian” is currently available to view on the Sky documentaries website and the streaming service Now.
