The “Married to Medicine” star recently launched Dr. Heavenly University, a curriculum designed to help people get on the right pathway to financial freedom.

“I noticed that a lot of my colleagues made a lot of money but didn’t know how to keep it,” she tells Pvnew exclusively of how the program came about.

“And I found out different tax loops. … The greatest way to save your money is in real estate.”

The renowned dentist, 52, says she started Dr. Heavenly University with “just an idea” and was able to round up 12 coaches — including her co-star Dr. Jackie Walters — to help teach several topics such as insurance, precious metals and optimal health.

“We talk about risky stuff like stocks, bonds, crypto and forex trading,” she tells us. “We have a one-stop shop [for] financial literacy. And then we wrap it all up in a trust on how to save and protect your assets.”

Kimes, who has garnered 125,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel, says she notices a huge difference in viewership when she talks about reality TV versus wanting to help people with their finances.

“When I do reality TV, I get 3 to 400,000 views,” she tells us, “but [when I] talk about getting your money right, 2,500 [views] — maybe.”

Kimes’ five-day challenge, which kicks off on Oct. 18, will offer attendees training with the reality star and several other guests.

The course will give participants “the top-industry secrets and proven life principles on how to have success in business, money and relationships,” per its website.

Aside from her new endeavor, Kimes is gearing up for the Season 10 premiere of “Married to Medicine.”

The Smiles by Dr. Heavenly founder joined the cast of the Bravo reality show during Season 2 in 2014 and has been a cast member ever since.

Kimes tells Pvnew that viewers are going to be “shocked” this season — especially surrounding the addition of former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Phaedra Parks.

“It’s unlikely the things that are going to go on,” she teases. “You’re going to be shocked.”

Season 10 of “Married to Medicine” premieres Sunday, Nov. 5, at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
