Travis Kelce is smitten over Taylor Swift.
The NFL player couldn’t stop grinning when asked about his relationship with the pop star during Tuesday’s episode of the “Chasin’ It” podcast with hosts Chase Daniel and Trey Wingo.
“Did you ever think it would become the thing that it became?” Wingo wondered, referencing the attention the duo has received in recent weeks.
“I had no idea, man,” the Kansas City Chiefs star responded. “You can’t tell me that anybody else did either. But I can’t be mad at how it’s all played out.”
Wingo later joked that “hopefully people will know” who Kelce is now thanks to the “Cruel Summer” singer.
The pair’s romance has dominated headlines since Swift’s appearance at the Chiefs’ game in Kansas City, Mo., on Sept. 24.
The 12-time Grammy winner, 33, was spotted in a suite cheering next to Travis’ mom, Donna Kelce, and later left the stadium with the NFL star, also 33.
They then headed to a private afterparty where the “Bad Blood” songstress was photographed with her arm around her new beau.
Afterward, the “Catching Kelce” alum gushed about her appearance at the game during the Sept. 27 episode of his “New Heights” podcast.
“She looked amazing,” he told his brother, Jason Kelce. “Everybody in the suite had nothing but good things to say about her. Everybody was talking about her in a great light.”
Travis added that he wanted to keep their relationship private moving forward out of respect for the “Love Story” hitmaker.
“I want to respect both of our lives,” he explained. “She’s not in the media as much as I am doing this show every single week and having fun during the NFL season on other guys’ shows.”
The duo’s romance appears to still be going strong as Swift was on hand to watch Travis’ team play the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Sunday.
She attended the game alongside her famous friends Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, Sophie Turner and Sabrina Carpenter.
The music superstar was also seen hugging the tight end’s mom, who later gave Swift her seal of approval.
“Donna likes Taylor and thinks she’s very sweet and down to earth,” a source told People Monday.
But while all eyes are on the budding couple, Travis’ primary focus is football at the moment.
“During the NFL season, his priority is the Chiefs,” an insider close to Travis told the outlet. “It’s all about the team.”
