Kate Middleton’s farm shop outing proves that she’s doing just fine amid ongoing conspiracy theories, palace sources insist.
A royal insider exclusively told The Post on Tuesday that the Princess of Wales, 42, looked “positive and healthy” during the outing, adding that her Windsor excursion with Prince William “should hopefully be enough to put an end to the outside noise about her recovery.”
Another source reiterated the sentiment, telling the Telegraph that “finally everyone can calm down.”

Sporting athleisure wear, Middleton appeared happy and healthy while walking briskly beside her husband.
“After all the rumors that had been going ’round, I was stunned to see them there,” a spy told the Sun. “Kate was out shopping with William, and she looked happy and she looked well.”
The eyewitness added that their three kids — Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5 — were not with them.
“It’s such a good sign she was healthy enough to pop down to the shops,” the spy noted.
Middleton has not been seen in public since attending the royal Christmas church service in December 2023 amid her recovery from planned abdominal surgery, which she underwent in January.
As she continued to stay under the radar while on the mend, wild conspiracy theories about her health and whereabouts have surfaced.
While she was twice spotted in blurry paparazzi photos riding in a car near Windsor earlier this month, the snaps only fueled rumors.
Concerns for the princess grew all the more serious when she was called out for posting a heavily Photoshopped family photo of herself with her kids in celebration of UK Mother’s Day last week.
Photo agencies such as Getty Images and AP issued a “kill notice” over the doctored image, leading Middleton to put out an apology admitting to the Photoshop fail.

Middleton’s rep assured Pvnew that she is “doing well” and was always supposed to stay out of the spotlight until after Easter.
However, royal insiders have claimed that her senior aides haven’t seen Middleton since her mysterious operation.
“A few of Kate’s senior staffers haven’t been able to see or speak to her, and they didn’t even know about the surgery until it was announced, so it’s caught them off guard,” a source told Us Weekly. “only a few people know what’s really going on, and they’re tight-lipped.”
Meanwhile, William has been conducting business as usual, having attended the Princess Diana Legacy Awards last week, where he mentioned Middleton in passing during his speech.
He also attended the opening of a new youth zone called WEST in Hammersmith, West London, where he made a light-hearted comment about Middleton’s art skills.
The future king’s rep previously confirmed that William is focusing on his work instead of the wild rumors running rampant on social media.
