We’re green with envy over this workday look.
Amal Clooney wore an emerald-colored midi dress for a visit to the United Nations headquarters in New York Tuesday, pairing the sleek sleeveless style with an elegant trench coat during the final day of the UN General Assembly.
The human rights attorney, 45, added a pop of pattern with snakeskin heels, wearing her hair in a voluminous side-swept blowout.
Clooney kept things simple in terms of her other accessories, wearing a brown leather watch and two pairs of gold stud earrings as she met with UN Secretary General Antonio Gutteres and Nadia Murad, a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.
Her appearance Tuesday follows a busy period for the accomplished barrister, who spoke at the UN General Assembly last week while wearing a chic gray dress before changing into a party-ready mini.
Amal — who serves as co-president and founder of the Clooney Foundation for Justice alongside her husband, George Clooney — wore the buttoned-up look as she spoke about arbitrary detention, later switching up her style with a $21,200 mirrored Prada dress for a night out.
The mom of twins is clearly a fan of a bright green frock, having worn a gorgeous emerald silk gown for a glam dinner date with George ahead of the Venice Film Festival in August.
She’s also a master of the day-to-night change, going from a similar trench-and-dress combo to a crystal top with jeans after speaking at the United Nations last spring.
Perhaps she brought out the bling on Tuesday night, too.
