From “Uncut Gems” muse to fashion inspiration.
Julia Fox continued to promote her upcoming memoir “Down the Drain” during a “Good Morning America” segment in a mind boggling button-down halter and black tie.
Fox stepped out in one of her edgiest looks yet – a twisted version of a school girl uniform including a deconstructed kilt and a starched white shirt.
In typical Fox fashion, the “Uncut Gems” muse wore the deconstructed top on top of her body, without wearing the collar around her neck.
Instead, the collar stood just underneath her chin with help from two straps in the back holding up the halter top and she added a black tie with grommets.
Fox paired the wild, side boob-baring blouse with a perfectly punky multi-colored plaid Chopova Lowena miniskirt ($1,435) held together with leather and silver grommets, completing the throwback Y2K style.
The former dominatrix finished off her creative and confusing ensemble with black platform Marc Jacobs Mary Jane platform heels ($595) that buckled up to her knees along with a black handbag featuring silver embellishments.
Julia wore her hair in a curled style and showed off a smokey eye with a glossy lip for the big day out.
Kanye West’s fashionista ex is famous for her out-there ensembles, whether she’s channeling her inner bride in a teeny tiny wedding dress or taking New York Fashion Week by storm in a metal bikini or latex leggings and angel wings.
Fox has been making waves while promoting her forthcoming book with more than just her outfits, too.
The style star raised eyebrows when she told the New York Times that she didn’t discuss sex with Ye in her forthcoming memoir “because there wasn’t any,” and “it wasn’t really about that.”
However, Fox previously revealed his exact nether region size in an interview with Ziwe in November.
During the same informative interview, Fox called getting “a lot of clothes” a perk of her short relationship with the controversial rapper.
While she may no longer be under West’s wings, she’s certainly still making a style statement.
