She looks wicked good.

Ariana Grande made her Oscars debut at the 59th Academy Awards on Sunday, hitting the red carpet in a voluminous Giambattista Valli Haute Couture gown befitting of her “Wicked” character, Glinda.

The fairytale-worthy design is the same pale pink shade as the tiered tulle gown she wears in the buzzy film, set to premiere in November 2024.

The pop phenom wore her blond hair — which she dyed back in 2022 for her role as the Good Witch — in a curly updo for the red carpet, completing the look with matching pink heels and dazzling jewelry in the same bubblegum shade, of course.

The singer, 30, is set to present an award during the telecast, likely alongside her co-star Cynthia Erivo, who plays Elphaba in the musical movie — and also seemingly channeled her character on the red carpet in a green leather ruffled Louis Vuitton gown.

The pair started their promotional tour for the two-part film at the Super Bowl in February, attending the Las Vegas event in matching pink and green glittering jersey-inspired Louis Vuitton looks that perfectly represented their characters.

Grande herself has continued the themed dressing, paying homage to Oz in a poppy-covered minidress by Oscar de la Renta for an Instagram photoshoot last month, paired with red pumps, in reference to Dorothy’s ruby slippers, of course.

It’s a big weekend for Grande, who released her seventh studio album, “Eternal Sunshine” on March 8 after a three-year hiatus to focus on her acting career.

Her first single, “yes, and?” fired back at haters of her relationship with fellow “Wicked” actor Ethan Slater as well as critics of her musical endeavors and her second, “we can’t be friends (wait for your love),” was released with an accompanying music video featuring Evan Peters.

She began dating the “Spamalot” actor amid her divorce from Dalton Gomez and his from wife Lilly Jay. The “Victorious” actress begged fans to stop sending hateful messages after analyzing some of the more emotional and revealing lyrics of her new music.

The pint-sized pop star also made an appearance on “Saturday Night Live” the night before the Oscars, with host Josh Brolin. She performed “we can’t be friends” and “imperfect for you,” as well as appearing in a few sketches alongside the “Dune: Part Two” star.
