Forget popcorn, Julia Fox brought an eye-popping look to the viewing party instead.
While the actress wasn’t on the 2024 Academy Awards red carpet on Sunday, she still got glammed up in a head-turning outfit for the Elton John AIDs Foundation’s 32nd annual Oscars viewing party.
She risked a wardrobe malfunction in her bold, barely-there look, which featured a beaded fringe skirt and makeshift metal pasties in lieu of a bodice.

The daring design was straight off the Dsquared2 fall/winter 2024 runway, and the “Uncut Gems” star, 34, opted to style it just as it appeared on the catwalk with gold bangles, sheer tights and a pair of black heels.
In true Fox fashion, she also completed the look with a swipe of bold black eyeliner — a style that’s long been her signature.
She wasn’t the only star hitting the red carpet for John’s feté, as attendees also included Tiffany Haddish, Katherine McPhee, Zooey Deschanel and Heidi Klum — the latter of whom also opted for a daring style that featured a sheer bottom rather than top.

It’s been a fashionable month for Fox; her latest headline-making outing follows a string of head-turning looks at Paris Fashion Week, where she channeled her “pop star era” in a see-through catsuit and teamed a tutu with a leather bra.
And at New York Fashion Week she rocked more fantastical fashion, ditching leather and sheer fabric for a Shakespearean lavender and taupe gown at The Costume Ball.
Fittingly, the “Down the Drain” author is gearing up to host a fashion design competition series, “OMG Fashun,” on E! starting May 6, 2024.
