Lindsay Hubbard claimed Carl Radke made her give back her 4.02-carat engagement ring after he called off their engagement back in August.
“He demanded it back,” Hubbard said of the ring on Thursday’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.”
Cohen appeared shocked and asked her how did she “feel about that?”

Lindsay Hubbard claims she was ‘emotional and hurt’ when accusing ex Carl Radke of using cocaine amid his sobriety journey
“There’s law –– New York law –– and then there’s etiquette,” Hubbard replied.
The “Summer House” star, 37, explained that in New York, there’s a law regarding engagement rings where it’s considered a “contingency gift” that is “contingent upon their being a wedding and a marriage,” so when there isn’t, the ring legally “belongs to him.”
“Now, I did take it off pretty much immediately [and] gave it to my jeweler for safekeeping, and she gave it back to him when he emailed me and demanded it back,” she continued.
Radke, 39, didn’t return Pvnew’s request for comment.
Hubbard also addressed other aspects of their breakup and revealed that Radke still pays half the rent for their once shared apartment –– despite him moving out right after the split over six months ago,
“Yes, we resigned our lease a month before we broke up, so I mean listen, that’s something that should’ve been thought through, and it wasn’t, and that’s not a me problem,” she said.

Hubbard explained that she was in “survival mode” after the split and was “not going to try and figure out where I’m gonna live.”
“He’s on the lease, like, it’s a legally binding contract where he owes half the rent,” she said.
Pvnew confirmed in August 2023 that Radke called off their engagement, and their relationship has continued playing out on the current season of “Summer House.”
Most recently, the former couple got into an explosive argument after a night out and Hubbard questioned if Radke –– who has been sober since January 2021 –– was on cocaine.
They initially resolved their argument later on in the newest episode, but Radke later admitted to Pvnew that the situation made him “uncomfortable.”

“Watching that back, it’s uncomfortable and especially, you know, when you’re in a relationship and that’s being brought up when I’ve been very focused and really trying to stay on track,” he continued, while reiterating he has “not touched” those substances in “three years.”
Hubbard later addressed the situation and wrote that she should have “used better wording.”
“I have never questioned his sobriety before this moment and from day one I was his biggest supporter,” she added.
“Summer House” airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes stream the next day on Peacock.
