Mauricio Umansky reveals he lost his “s–t” and had a “whole breakdown” at his office amid ongoing pressures of his job and marital struggles with Kyle Richards.
“I’ve been so stressed,” The Agency CEO says to Richards in a sneak peek for the upcoming season of Netflix’s “Buying Beverly Hills.”
“The travel, obviously affects us and you’re working hard and we’re just busy as can be and it’s just been so stressful,” he explains, before admitting, “I had a whole breakdown the other day in the office.”

Umansky, 53, continues, telling Richards, 55, “I lost my s–t. I just told everybody, ‘I can’t handle it. I’m done. Just leave me alone.'”
The real estate agent says that the stress brought on by “a lot of everything,” including the possibility of doing “layoffs” at the company.
Umanky says he was spreading himself too thin and that both he and the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star have been “all over the place.”
“I’ve been trying to be a macho man and not express everything that I’m dealing with,” he explains of his separation from Richards, adding that it’s beginning to be too much for him to handle.
Pvnew confirmed the couple separated in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage.
The couple denied initial reports of their separation until Umansky finally confirmed the news in September 2023.
However, a month later, he told Pvnew that they were “struggling,” but “not throwing in the towel yet.”
“We’ve been very open about it,” he said about the couple’s estrangement. “When we know what happens to us, you will know what happens to us.”
Umansky and Bravolebrity share daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16.
The estranged couple — who confirmed they are both “free” to date other people — reunited last week in Los Angeles’ Bel Air neighborhood for Portia’s 16th birthday celebration.

Speculation continues to rise on the couple’s future, as Richards has long been rumored to be dating country singer Morgan Wade.
The “RHOBH” star was seen Sunday with a brand new country hat tattoo amid the ongoing relationship rumors.
Richards, however, has long denied the romance rumors with the 29-year-old singer.
“When I see these things [online], I’m like, if she didn’t have all those tattoos, people would not say that,” Richards said on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” last year.
“I’m with my friends all the time. They don’t pay attention [to that]”.
Wade has also denied the relationship being anything more than platonic.
“The internet’s a dumb place,” the songwriter said.
