Shannon Beador was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run late Saturday after she allegedly clipped a Newport Beach, Calif., house and fled, Pvnew has /confirm/ied.
The arrest report, obtained by Pvnew, states that she was arrested at 11:45 p.m. local time after police conducted an investigation.
It also states she was booked for two misdemeanors — hit-and-run and DUI alcohol.
She was cited and released from jail at 8:37 a.m. Sunday on her own recognizance and paid $2,500 bail after having left a written promise to appear in court.
TMZ reported Monday that the intoxicated “The Real Housewives of Orange County” star hit a home with her car and immediately turned back onto the road.
Sources told the outlet that the 59-year-old reality star drove for a bit before parking her vehicle in the middle of the street and getting out with her dog, Archie.
Police were called and found Beador acting like she was walking her pooch, but authorities quickly realized she was inebriated and took her into custody.
Her car was also seized as part of the police department’s investigation.
“I spent quite a bit of time with Shannon yesterday,” her lawyer, Mike Fell, told Pvnew Monday.
“She is extremely apologetic and remorseful. We will be awaiting the official information on this case as it becomes available, and Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions.”
Bravo declined to comment.
The past several months have been rough for the Housewife, who still appears to be reeling from her breakup with boyfriend John Janssen after three-and-a-half years together.
In July, Pvnew broke the news that a “wasted” Beador had to be “removed” from a California bar after getting into a screaming match with Janssen’s daughter.
Janssen, however, told us that the group as a whole had to leave because the venue was closing for the night.
Beador and Janssen appeared to let bygones be bygones and reunited for a friendly dinner, though it was unclear if her Instagram snaps were taken the night of the fight or days later.
On a recent episode of “RHOC,” co-star Gina Kirschenheiter suggested Beador needed professional help for her drinking.
“Shannon says s–t, and then she wants to pretend that she didn’t do it, and if you can say things that are that f–king hurtful and not even remember you said it, you need to go f–king check yourself into rehab,” Kirschenheiter emotionally said in a confessional.
Kirschenheiter, 39, was arrested for DUI in 2019. She has since stopped drinking alcohol, a decision she says has changed her life.
