The Beckham men just got even posher.
David Beckham has joined his 18-year-old son Cruz in spicing up his tattoo collection, matching his youngest son by getting the word “Posh” inked on his hand in honor of wife Victoria’s Spice Girls days.
“I’ve just had ‘Posh’ done … any of the tattoos I’ve got are of the family,” the soccer legend, 48, told The Sun on Friday.
His latest ink features Victoria’s Spice Girls alter ego written in script on the middle finger of his left hand, joining numerous other designs including a spider just above his knuckles.
The design coordinates with Cruz’s own “Posh” tattoo, which the teen debuted on Instagram earlier in September.
It seems as if David’s latest tattoo was actually a father/son outing, as Cruz also headed to Hollywood’s Shamrock Social Club on the same day to get a leg piece of an angel.
Along with his very posh finger, the tattoo-happy co-owner of Inter Miami sports more than 60 pieces of ink on his body, including Victoria’s name as well as an illustration of the former pop star wearing lingerie on his arm.
The romantic footballer even got 10 roses inked on his arm for their 10th wedding anniversary in 2009.
Although Posh Spice herself once had a tattoo in honor of her husband, she sparked divorce speculations when she had it removed, later telling the Today Show, “The media started to speculate, was I leaving my husband? No. I was just a bit sick of the tattoo. It’s as simple as that.”
David and Cruz aren’t the only Beckhams who can’t get enough tattoos; Brooklyn, 24, is giving his dad a run for his money with more than 70 of his 100 designs dedicated to his wife, Nicola Peltz, alone.
And while he doesn’t have a “Posh” tattoo (yet), the aspiring chef does have the word “mum” inked in a huge heart on his bicep.
“Viva Forever,” indeed.
