Bravolebrities in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.
Shannon Beador was slammed for gossiping about Gina Kirschenheiter’s DUI arrest on a few episodes of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” that aired just weeks before Beador was arrested for her own DUI and alleged hit-and-run.
Beador, 59, alleged to Jennifer Pedranti, 46, during a dinner party that Kirschenheiter was “about to get arrested” and that her children “would’ve gone to Child Protective Services.”
Beador then claimed that she gave Kirschenheiter, 39, the contact information for a pal who “called the D.A.” and prevented her kids from being taken away.
The conversation came up again in the following week’s episode when cast members were enjoying a day of pumpkin carving.
“So I will have to tell you, Gina took me aside evidently, um, Jenn told her you brought up CPS at your party? That CPS was coming for her kids?” Tamra Judge said to Beador at the gourd gathering.
But the Real For Real founder immediately denied the accusation, despite her words being caught on Bravo cameras, and accused Pendranti of spreading lies.
“Jenn, you said that I said CPS was coming for Gina’s kids? What are you talking about? I would never say that!” Beador shouted across the table.
She then continued to assure the group that she “never said it.”
“God strike me dead, that’s when I know I didn’t say something, OK? So stop stirring s–t up, Jenn. Jesus Christ,” Beador yelled.
Kirschenheiter, for her part, weighed in, denying that she was ever in danger of getting her children taken away from her.
“It is NOT true!” Kirschenheiter screeched. “Nobody gets a DUI and then their kids are taken from them! Let’s let this go!”
And when Beador pressed that the cops were going to arrest her in the morning, saying “they were scheduled to be there,” Kirschenheiter argued, “No they weren’t, they weren’t scheduled. How do you know? Did you clock in with the cops?”
In a confessional, Kirschenheiter spoke about how hurt she was that Beador was spreading false information about her 2019 DUI arrest.
“Shannon says s–t, and then she wants to pretend that she didn’t do it, and if you can say things that are that f–king hurtful and not even remember you said it, you need to go f–king check yourself into rehab,” Kirschenheiter said in a confessional.
Kirschenheiter failed to appear at her court hearing shortly after she was arrested for a DUI. Her attorney apparently didn’t realize his request to postpone the date was denied and police issued a bench warrant for Kirschenheiter’s arrest.
However, Beador came to Kirschenheiter’s aid and gave her a “friend’s” contact information. The “friend,” well-known criminal defense attorney Michael Fell, then got the warrant overturned.
“I have put my children before f–king everything, so to insinuate the authorities would remove my children, that they would see me as an unfit parent, is f–ked up,” Kirschenheiter said through tears during the confessional.
Kirschenheiter, who quit drinking alcohol after her arrest, shares sons Nicholas and Luca and daughter Sienna Rose with her ex-husband Matt.
Beador has found herself in her own trouble with the law after being arrested for allegedly crashing into a house in Newport Beach, Calif., on Saturday night.
She allegedly drove off after smashing into the residential property before parking in the middle of the street and pretended to walk her dog, TMZ reported on Monday.
Police determined that Beador was inebriated and took her into custody, and she was booked for a hit-and-run and DUI alcohol.
The Bravolebrity’s car was seized amid the police investigation.
“I spent quite a bit of time with Shannon yesterday,” her lawyer, Mike Fell, told Pvnew Monday. “She is extremely apologetic and remorseful. We will be awaiting the official information on this case as it becomes available, and Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions.”
Beador, who broke up with boyfriend John Janssen after three-and-a-half years together in January, has been on her worst behavior in recent months.
Pvnew exclusively reported that Beador was “wasted” and had to be “removed” from a California bar after getting into a heated argument with Janssen’s daughter.
Janssen confirmed that an argument took place but denied that Beador was booted, telling us, “It it was at the end of the night, the lights were up, and everyone was being asked to leave.”
“The Real Housewives of Orange County” airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
