Lindsay Hubbard has come forward about accusing her ex-fiancé, Carl Radke, of being on cocaine during Thursday’s “Summer House” episode.
“After watching back this week’s episode, I wish I had used better wording,” she wrote on her Instagram Story Friday.
“I was emotional and hurt by what had transpired earlier in the night and what I said was meant to be a private conversation at home with one of my best girlfriends.”

“I have never questioned his sobriety before this moment and from day one I was his biggest supporter,” she continued.
“I have always been transparent on the show about my feelings and leaned on my friends for support and that was my only intention here.”
Hubbard, 37, who was engaged to Radke, 39, until last August, speculated that her then-fiancé was not sober several times throughout the episode.

The first time, she told her housemate Gabby Prescod that she felt Radke had dismissed her feelings and claimed the situation was “very reminiscent of, like, Carl on cocaine.”
Later at the club, her other roommate, Amanda Batula, claimed she said, “He’s so mean to me. I can’t do this. I think he’s on something.”
After the club outing, Hubbard referred to Radke as “Cocaine Carl.” However, when Prescod called Radke to see when he would be home from their night out, she said he “sounded like a sober man.”
The next morning, when Hubbard had sobered up, they talked about her “hurtful” words.
“I’m f–king sober,” Radke asserted. “In that moment, you were not. You drank all day long and are rude and aggressive to me when I’m trying to be supportive.”
Sobriety is an important lifestyle for the Loverboy creator, who began his sober journey after his brother Curtis died from a drug overdose in August 2020.
“It’s a wake-up call,” Radke reflected during the “Summer House” reunion in May 2021.
“This was a path my brother went down, and clearly the path I’ve been choosing can sometimes lead me down that way. I can’t live like that.”
In February, he told Pvnew exclusively that he struggled with Hubbard questioning his sobriety on the show.
“Watching that back, it’s uncomfortable and especially, you know, when you’re in a relationship and that’s being brought up when I’ve been very focused and really trying to stay on track,” he explained.
“Anybody that knows me knows that alcohol and cocaine were my issues. I have not touched those in three years, so cheers to that. I’m proud of that.”
He added, “Unfortunately, it’s going to be something that does get talked about on this season.”
His breakup from Hubbard will also play out on Bravo screens this season. Radke previously admitted that he regretted how he handled their separation.
“I feel really bad with how everything ultimately played out,” he stated on the “Salty With Captain Lee” podcast in November 2023.
He added that he wished he “could go back and make something a little bit easier or better.”
