Joe Manganiello was spotted leaving a sweaty gym session with much-younger actress Caitlin O’Connor less than two months after filing for divorce from his wife, Sofía Vergara.
Manganiello and O’Connor, who have a 13-year age difference, looked giddy on Wednesday as they exited Gold’s Gym in Venice, Calif., and walked side by side in photos obtained by Pvnew exclusively.
The “Magic Mike” star, 46, was seen hopping into the driver’s seat of his Cadillac SUV while the “Winning Time” actress, 33, plopped herself comfortably in the passenger’s seat.
Manganiello put his newly tatted, bulging bicep on display by rocking a white tank top, patterned shorts and sneakers.
He carried a massive duffel bag in one hand, flexing his arm muscles as he made his way to the car.
Meanwhile, O’Connor, who is based in Los Angeles, according to her Instagram bio, looked fitness-fabulous in black textured leggings and a cropped blue quarter-zip that highlighted her toned tummy.
The entertainment reporter, who also has had brief roles in TV shows including “Two and a Half Men” and “Days of Our Lives,” was born in LA and raised in Uniontown, Pa. She attended UCLA as an English major with a theater minor, according to her IMDb bio.
Their reps did not immediately respond to Pvnew’s requests for comment.
Pvnew broke the news on July 17 that Manganiello and Vergara, 51, had separated after seven years of marriage.
“We have made the difficult decision to divorce,” they said in a joint statement to us at the time. “As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives.”
A source added that the “Modern Family” star and Manganiello had “been growing apart for a while now.”
“[They] and are taking some distance from each other to contemplate their future,” the insider shared.
The “True Blood” star filed for divorce two days later, while Vergara subsequently asked that their prenup be enforced.
Another source told Pvnew that the estranged couple’s marriage may have fallen apart due to Manganiello’s desire to have children with the “America’s Got Talent” judge, who shares 31-year-old son Manolo with her first husband, Joe Gonzalez.
However, we were told that Vergara was moving on just fine and “living her best life” now that she is back on the market.
“She’s spending time with her friends after being stifled in a relationship with a largely unsupportive partner,” a source previously told us. “Sofía was always there to take care of Joe, while his career was never what it was when they met. I think he’s been threatened by her success and joie de vivre.”
The “Hot Pursuit” star made light of her breakup on “AGT” in August, though she recently walked off the stage after fellow judge Howie Mandel brought up her single status twice.
Vergara and Manganiello met at the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner in 2014 while she was engaged to businessman Nick Loeb.
The “Spider-Man” actor asked for the Colombian beauty’s phone number after she and Loeb split, and things moved quickly from there: They tied the knot in a lavish Palm Beach, Fla., ceremony in November 2015.
Vergara, who has been spotted traveling and hitting the town amid her separation, said last week that she is “trying to have fun.”
