She’s moving on.
Pvnew can confirm that Brittany Cartwright has indefinitely moved out of her shared home with Jax Taylor with no plans of looking back.
A source close to the “Vanderpump Rules” alum exclusively tells Pvnew that, amid their split, Cartwright moved into a “new rental” this week because the lease on her previous short-term rental ended.

We’re told the mother of one first moved out of her and Taylor’s home in the Valley in Los Angeles “about a month” ago — around late January or early February — after she decided to separate from her husband.
“They’re not on a path to reconciliation,” the source insists before reiterating they are “taking time apart,” just like Cartwright, 35, said on the Thursday episode of their podcast, “When Reality Hits With Jax and Brittany.”
On the other hand, Taylor appeared to have a more optimistic outlook on the future of his marriage when he was approached by paparazzi late Thursday evening.
“We’re together. We’re living in our home right now,” the Bravo star, 44, said in a video exclusively obtained by Pvnew. “She was in a house for a while, but yeah, she’s back now.”
However, our insider explains that Taylor misconstrued Cartwright’s recent visit to their shared home, which was just to “pack up her stuff.”
“She was back there yesterday to pack up her stuff to go to another rental,” the source says. “Maybe that’s why he said, ‘Oh, she’s back home now,’ because there was a day in between her rentals.”
Cartwright was seen in photos obtained by Pvnew wearing a T-shirt and sweatpants as she moved her belongings from her and Taylor’s house into a white Jeep on Thursday.
The reality star had a stern look on her face at one point, as she moved what appeared to be a child’s toy truck and hangers filled with clothing into her car.
Our source claims that Taylor is very clear on where his relationship with Cartwright stands — despite what he told the paps.
“I don’t know why he said that — I think he was just caught off guard,” the insider adds.
The reason for Taylor and Cartwright’s separation has not yet been revealed to the public at this point.
The Kentucky native said of the split on her podcast, “Yes, marriages in general are very hard and I’ve had a particularly rough year this past year.
“Jax and I are taking time apart and I made the decision to move into another home to take some space for the sake of my mental health.”
Cartwright and Taylor tied the knot in a televised wedding on “Vanderpump Rules” in June 2019 after four years together.
The highs and lows of their relationship — including a cheating scandal with former co-star Faith Stowers — were featured on the hit reality show.
After getting married, the pair welcomed a son, Cruz, in April 2021.
Despite their separation, we’re told Cartwright and Taylor are amicably co-parenting together as their 2-year-old spends time with his mom at her rental and stays over the marital home when he’s with his dad.
Cartwright and Taylor have a new reality show, “The Valley,” coming out on Bravo on March 19, prompting many fans to believe the split may be a publicity stunt for the series.
However, the exes’ rep exclusively told Pvnew Thursday that the breakup is “most definitely not PR related in any way.”
Cartwright and Taylor’s rep did not immediately respond to Pvnew’s request for comment on the latest moving update.
