Tori Spelling was seen with her estranged husband, Dean McDermott, for the first time since they separated nearly a year ago.
During the rare sighting, the former couple was photographed having a conversation while at a park in Agoura Hills, Calif., on Wednesday.
Spelling, 50, was dressed casually in a white T-shirt and black pants with her long, blond hair styled straight.

McDermott, 57, also wore a comfortable outfit, sporting a black T-shirt, jeans and a white baseball cap.
The exes appeared civil and even relaxed at points as they leaned over a banister during their chat.
It’s unknown why the pair reunited. Their rep did not immediately return Pvnew’s request for comment.
The sighting comes just after Spelling reportedly moved into a rental home estimated to cost $15,000 a month with her and McDermott’s five kids.
The former “Chopped Canada” host, for his part, appears to have been living with his new girlfriend, Lily Calo.
McDermott revealed via Instagram in June 2023 that he and the “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum were calling it quits after 17 years of marriage.
“It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,” he wrote in a post, which he deleted hours later, sparking confusion about the separation.
A source told People shortly after, though, that McDermott was “100 percent” serious about getting out of his marriage, adding, “He can’t take it anymore. He told her he’s done.”
He reportedly also believed that Spelling was using their marital issues to try and stay “relevant.”
McDermott was also seen around that time solemnly moving his personal items into a storage unit, seemingly solidifying the split news even more.
Meanwhile, Spelling and her five children — Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, 6 — were snapped on multiple occasions moving into less-than-lavish locations.
In July 2023, the actress and her kids were spotted staying at a $100-a-night motel.
A source told Us Weekly at the time that the family temporarily moved into the inexpensive establishment because they were fleeing an ongoing mold issue at their rental home that was making them sick.
Spelling then blasted a realtor, whom she was hoping could help her find a one-month rental, for allegedly mocking her situation.
The “90210” alum and her children were seen living in an RV on a campground afterward before ultimately settling down in their latest rental.
In November 2023, McDermott owned up to his mistakes in the relationship, revealing he had a “drunk and angry” fight with Spelling that almost led to him attempting suicide.
He has since spent some time at a sober living facility and has been estranged from his kids.
Neither Spelling nor McDermott has filed for divorce.
