Kyle Richards tells ‘RHOBH’ fans to ‘be respectful’ after ‘attack’ on new owner of her former mansion

Kyle Richards sent a virtual cease-and-desist to Bravo fans who criticized the new owner of her former mansion.

Entrepreneur Amanda Frances — who bought the Bel Air, Calif., home in January 2022 — shared a screenshot of an Instagram DM between her and the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Tuesday to prove there was “no beef” between them following her gut renovation, which had sparked an onslaught of messages from viewers.

“Hi. If you are a Bravo fan feeling the need to DM me or tag me on my birthday concerning the home that used to belong to Kyle Richards that is now *mine* please consult this message,” Frances captioned the screenshot.

The message in question showed Frances, 38, thanking Richards, 54, for “passing down” her “family home.”

In response, the Bravolebrity complimented the “beautiful job” that the self-described “thought leader” had done on the renovations and wished her a lifetime of “beautiful memories.”

“There is no beef,” Frances added in her caption. “My renovation is not a personal attack. Enough already.”

Richards — who has been busy looking “very intimate” with country singer Morgan Wade in Paris amid her split from husband Mauricio Umansky — reposted Frances’ Story and added, “I realize some people feel an ‘attachment’ to this home for seeing it so many years on RHOBH but PLEASE be respectful.

“This is their home now and they have done a beautiful job renovating it,” she added.

Richards and Umansky, 53, sold their Bel Air estate for $6.1 million to Frances, whose previous house was featured on “Selling Sunset” Season 4, after having it on the market for more than four years.

The self-made millionaire has been detailing the long-haul renovation on her Instagram, at one point describing the redesigned “Unicorn Princess Suite” — her daughter’s bedroom — as her favorite space.

Despite the harmless content, Frances found herself deleting numerous “hurtful” comments from Richards’ fans.

“Quick note: Trying to create controversy by tagging the former owner of this house and leaving cruel comments about my family and I will not be tolerated,” she wrote.

“I have enough going on without this type of silliness. I’m sure that’s also true of the previous owners. Thank you for refraining from asinine behavior. Have a truly lovely day.”
