The Chrisleys will be leaving prison earlier than expected.
Todd and Julie Chrisley — who were sentenced to 12 and seven years, respectively — have each had more than a year taken off their sentences.
According to federal prison records obtained by Pvnew, the dad of five’s release from the Federal Prison Camp Pensacola is now scheduled for Jan. 22, 2033 — which is two years shy of his 12 years.
As for his wife, records show that Julie’s scheduled release from the Federal Medical Center Lexington is now Oct. 19, 2028, which is 14 months short of her seven years.
The couple’s attorney, Jay Surgent, told Insider Thursday, “Without a doubt, Todd and Julie are model incarcerated individuals who received exorbitant sentences.
“I believe Todd is down to 10 years, and Julie is now at five years.”
Surgent also told the outlet that he believes the Chrisleys’ sentences will be reduced even further due to the implementation of new sentencing guidelines in November.
Todd, 54, and Julie, 50, reported to their respective prisons in Florida and Kentucky in January, two months after they were sentenced for fraud and tax evasion.
Prosecutors accused the reality stars — who have been married for more than two decades — of submitting fake documents to banks when applying for loans. They also alleged that Julie had submitted false credit reports and bank statements when trying to rent a home in California.
Additionally, Todd’s ex-business partner Mark Braddock claimed that the “Chrisley Knows Best” patriarch had cheated on Julie with him and that they paid off a blackmailer to keep the alleged gay fling under wraps.
The Chrisleys were found guilty in June 2022 and sentenced to a combined 19 years behind bars five months later.
“This sentencing serves notice that no matter a person’s celebrity status, there are severe consequences for defrauding the American tax system,” James E. Dorsey, the special agent in charge at the IRS Criminal Investigation Atlanta field office, said in a press release after the November 2022 sentencing.
Todd and Julie share three children together: Chase, 27, Savannah, 26, and Grayson, 17. Todd is also the father of Lindsie, 33, and Kyle, 32, both of whom he shares with his ex-wife, Teresa Terry.
The couple also adopted Kyle’s daughter, Chloe, 10, after her father, a recovering addict, lost custody in 2016.
After Todd and Julie began their prison sentences, Savannah took custody of Chloe and her younger brother, Grayson. The preteen’s mom, Angela Johnson, is now working to regain custody of Chloe.
