Ruby Franke looked disheveled during her first public courtroom appearance since she was arrested on child abuse charges last month.

According to a snap shared to Twitter by KUTV2 News reporter Brian Schnee Friday, the momfluencer looked dazed as she appeared virtually for the hearing in Southern Utah.

Her blond hair looked unkempt and she appeared to have bags under her eyes.

KUTV2 News reported that Franke, 41, had been moved from a holding cell into a medical block at Purgatory Correctional Facility. The reason for the change is unknown.

During the hearing, which was reportedly delayed more than an hour, a judge ruled that the vlogger would continue to be held without bail.

On Aug. 30, the mom of six was arrested on two counts of aggravated child abuse. A week later, she was hit with an additional four counts of child abuse.

Her business partner, Jodi Hildebrandt, was also arrested in the same case. She is also being held without bail.

The women were detained at Hildebrandt’s home in Ivins, Utah, after one of Franke’s children escaped through a window to a neighbor’s home, where the child asked for food and water.

The neighbor alerted police after they saw the “emaciated” child who was also bound with duct tape. when authorities arrived, they discovered another child, who was also malnourished.

After the “8 Passengers” host’s arrest, her sisters released a statement, stating justice “needed to happen.”

“For the last 3 years we have kept quiet on the subject of our sister Ruby Franke for the sake of her children. Behind the public scene we have done everything we could to try and make sure the kids were safe,” the statement began.

“Ruby was arrested which needed to happen. Jodi was arrested which needed to happen. The kids are now safe, which is the number one priority.”

Ruby’s husband, Kevin Franke, is denying that he had anything to do with his wife allegedly abusing their six children, who are currently in the care of the state.

“He’s a very gentle guy, and no one’s ever made any allegations that he’s ever physically abused those kids or anyone else,” Kevin’s attorney, Randy S. Kester, alleged on “Good Morning America” Wednesday.

“He just wants to do what’s best for his kids and get them back, get them under his tutelage and his fathership and protect them.”

The lawyer also described his client, 44, as a “good person” who was left “distraught” by the allegations against Ruby.

“We can confirm that we have terminated two channels linked to Ruby Franke in accordance with our creator responsibility guidelines,” YouTube spokesman Jack Malon said in a statement to Pvnew.

Franke and Hildebrandt’s next bond hearings are scheduled for Sept. 21.
