“Below Deck Sailing Yacht” star Daisy Kelliher admits that Gary King felt “hurt” and “jealous” after she hooked up with Colin MacRae.
“I feel like Gary was convincing himself he wanted me, but I think it was more his ego was hurt that I was kind of leaning more towards Colin,” the reality star exclusively told Pvnew.
“Why did he care? He had three years to come and get me, and he never did, so like, f–k off.”
As fans witnessed, Kelliher and King had a flirty friendship – which included a drunken makeout last year – ever since they began starring on the hit Bravo show during Season 2.
“I also – I feel like they won’t agree with this – but I sometimes felt like I was a bit of a trophy and it was a bit of an ego and it was like, you know, which guy got the girl,” Kelliher said.
The chief stewardess was referring to MacRae, their fellow “BDSY” returning crew member, who came out of the woodwork and kissed Kelliher himself.
“There were several conversations throughout the season, and the conversation kept going around in circles and it created tension,” Kelliher added. “I don’t necessarily think necessarily between me and Gary, but definitely between the three of us that was difficult to navigate.”
Kelliher also told us that fans will see a conversation between herself and King where he outright told her he was “jealous.”
“I think, as humans, if you shared something intimate with someone, it’s normal to be jealous, on that level of jealousy,” she teased. “I don’t know.”
The trailer showed one discussion where King accused her of “spitefully hooking up” with MacRae, but Kelliher denied to us that that was the case.
“I 100 percent don’t go around spitefully hooking up unless you did something really malicious,” Kelliher emphasized.
As for where she and MacRae stand today, Kelliher teased that fans will just have to watch to find out.
“Below Deck Sailing Yacht” premieres Monday, April 10 at 8 p.m ET on Bravo.
