Nina Agdal has been granted a temporary restraining order against MMA fighter Dillon Danis.
For weeks ahead of the athlete’s scheduled fight with her fiancé, Logan Paul, on Oct. 14, he has been harassing the model on social media.
As of Thursday, Danis, 30, is forbidden from “posting content in any way depicting or portraying Plaintiff that Defendant knows or has reason to believe was never meant to be shared publicly or was obtained without consent,” according to TMZ Sports.
Agdal, 31, requested the restraining order while filing a lawsuit on Wednesday.
The “Sports Illustrated Swimsuit” model alleged that Danis shared more than 250 “despicable” social media uploads about her in the month since his and Paul’s fight was announced.
Specifically, she accused Paul’s opponent of posting a NSFW photo of her and another person taken during a “romantic encounter” over a decade ago.
“Danis posted the photograph — entirely uncensored — from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff’s consent,” the docs claimed. “Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive.”
In addition, the filing pointed out repeated instances of Danis calling Agdal a “whore,’ a ‘slut’ or a similarly disparaging label” in his uploads.
Notably, Danis threatened in an August tweet that he “might just need to” show Paul “how nasty this chick really is” with “actually insane” images that would get him “sued.”
once Agdal did file her lawsuit, Danis slammed her legal action via Twitter, writing, “This is actually wild but I won’t stop f–k the system come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking.”
Although he alleged that their fight was “in jeopardy,” Agdal is reportedly not “seeking prison time” as he erroneously claimed.
Paul, 26, has slammed Danis on multiple occasions amid the fighter’s online campaign to smear his fiancée with explicit photos and videos, calling him “a scumbag” and “a piece of s–t” via YouTube Monday.
The vlogger started dating Agdal in 2022 and got down on one knee in July of the following year, sharing their engagement news via Instagram.
The bride-to-be’s court hearing against Danis is scheduled to take place on Tuesday in New Jersey.
