Super Bowl Sunday was a family day for Elon Musk.
The controversial X owner enjoyed the game in Las Vegas alongside one of his sons, X Æ A-Xii (or “X” for short).
Sports apparel mogul Michael Rubin shared a photo on Instagram of Musk with the 3-year-old perched on his shoulders alongside New England Patriots CEO Robert Kraft and himself behind the scenes at the big game.
Musk, 52, is currently embroiled in a custody battle with X’s mother, Grimes, over their three children: X, 2-year-old daughter Exa Dark Sideræl and 1-year-old son Techno “Tau” Mechanicus.
The “Genesis” singer, 35, had filed a “petition to establish parental relationship” in September 2023 in California, which makes the court identify the legal parents of a child when they are unmarried. She had earlier pleaded with Musk to “let me see my son” on social media.
Just three days before Grimes’ suit, the Tesla co-founder had filed in Texas seeking to become the kids’ legal parent, claiming he has had “actual care, control and possession of each child since the birth of each child,” and that the kids were living in the Lone Star State.
Musk started dating the pop star, whose real name is Claire Elise Boucher, in 2018, and she gave birth to X two years later.
Pvnew exclusively reported in September 2021 that Musk and Grimes had broken up.
However, Grimes revealed in March 2022 that she and Musk had secretly welcomed their daughter, whose nickname is Y, via surrogate in December 2021.
The on-again, off-again couple then quietly welcomed their third child, according to author Walter Isaacson’s September 2023 biography, “Elon Musk.”

The SpaceX CEO also has eight other children.
He and his ex-wife Justine Wilson used IVF to have twins Griffin and Vivian, who are now 20.
Vivian came out as transgender in June 2022 when she filed a request to change her first name and take the last name of her mom.
The filing listed the reason as “gender identity and the fact that I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form.”
The former couple used IVF again to welcome triplet sons Kai, Saxon and Damian, who are now 18.
Musk and Wilson — whose firstborn son, Nevada, died in 2002 — divorced in 2008.
The fecund business bigwig also welcomed twins with Neuralink director of operations and special projects Shivon Zilis in November 2021.
