Sometimes she runs, sometimes he hides …
Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have unfollowed each other on Instagram two weeks after he filed for divorce.
Eagle-eyed fans noticed Monday that the actor stopped keeping up with his estranged wife on the social media app.
Spears was just one of many casualties, as Asghari was following 327 Instagram accounts at the beginning of September but has since trimmed his list down to 240.
The pop star returned the favor Tuesday, cutting her estranged husband from her feed.
Several news outlets prematurely reported last week that the former personal trainer had unfollowed Spears online.
However, it appeared to be a glitch caused by the “Toxic” singer’s page briefly being deactivated, as she was back in Asghari’s “Following” section mere hours later.
The fitness model’s social media cleanse comes after he went to court on Aug. 16 to end his 14-month marriage to Spears.
Asghari, 29, reportedly suspected that the Grammy winner, 41, was cheating on him with a member of her household staff, though sources insisted to Pvnew that there was no infidelity.
However, we exclusively reported that Spears has been getting close to her former housekeeper Paul Richard Soliz, who allegedly has a criminal record.
Since her split from Asghari, the “…Baby One More Time” singer has been busy preparing for the Oct. 24 release of her highly anticipated memoir, “The Woman in Me,” and planning her first album since 2016.
Spears has also managed to find time to get three new tattoos and go topless while horseback riding in Mexico.
The “Crossroads” star and Asghari met in October 2016, got engaged in September 2021 and tied the knot in June 2022.
Spears was previously married to Kevin Federline, with whom she shares two sons: Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden James, 16.
The teenagers moved to Hawaii in August with their father.
Preston and Jayden have not seen their mother in nearly two years.
