Kevin Costner was seen with one of his sons after winning his child support battle against estranged wife Christine Baumgartner.
The “Yellowstone” star stepped out for breakfast with Hayes, 14, at a local hangout in Santa Barbara, Calif., on Saturday.
The father-son duo arrived in Costner’s limited-edition BMW Z8 Alpina Roadster — worth approximately $300,000 — before enjoying an hour-long meal together.
The actor, 68, cut a casual figure in a long-sleeve blue pullover with jeans and sneakers, while the teenager paired a white graphic T-shirt with denim jeans and sneakers.
Costner also shares son Cayden, 15, and daughter Grace, 13, with Baumgartner.
On Friday, a judge ordered the Oscar winner to pay the former handbag designer $63,209 per month in child support, according to TMZ.
The ruling marked a win for Costner, who in July had been tentatively ordered to make monthly payments of $129,755 to Baumgartner, 49, for their three kids.
Prior to the decision, she had filed to increase that amount to $175,057 in monthly installments, arguing that their children should “enjoy the same lifestyle” with both parents. However, that figure was later reduced to $161,592.
She initially requested $248,000 a month back in June.
After Friday’s court proceedings, the “Bodyguard” star publicly addressed their split for the first time since his estranged wife filed for divorce in May after 18 years of marriage.
“This is a horrible place to be, but this is where we’re at,” Costner told Access Hollywood.
“It feels so bad. We’re talking about somebody I love on the other side. I just can’t.”
Additionally, when asked by the outlet whether he “still has love” for Baumgartner, he replied, “Of course.”
The A-lister’s remarks followed a contentious, months-long legal battle for the former couple, who tied the knot in September 2004.
The pair had a prenuptial agreement, which reportedly detailed the amount of Baumgartner’s spousal support and required her to move out of their shared family home post-split.
In July, a judge ordered the former model to vacate Costner’s $145 million Santa Barbara compound by the end of the month after he claimed she was refusing to leave.
Pvnew later obtained photos of U-Haul trucks moving Baumgartner into a “smaller home” on the property used for staff.
She has since relocated to a $40,000 per month rental house in Montecito, Calif., per the Daily Mail.
