Patrick Mahomes is honoring his wife, Brittany Mahomes’, accomplishments ahead of Super Bowl LVIII.
The pair was spotted celebrating her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit photoshoot at Las Vegas’s Carversteak restaurant Friday night, just two days before Patrick, 28, takes on the San Francisco 49ers at the 2024 Super Bowl.
“Everyone’s jaws dropped when [Brittany] walked in with her friends,” an eyewitness told People following their surprise appearance.
“And then again when Patrick later walked in to join the party in the private dining room.”
Brittany, 28, gave her Instagram followers a peek of the celebration on her Story Friday night, showing off what appeared to be an espresso martini that had “Congratulations Brittany” written on top.
She also shared a photo of a large steak bone that was decorated with Patrick’s face and his name, plus the Kansas City Chiefs logo.
She shared a video of a few of her smiling friends dancing at the party and some cheerful-looking selfies as well.
Brittany dressed in a black corset top paired with matching flared pants for her celebration. She added a white faux fur coat on top and appeared to be in high spirits.
The former pro soccer player and Taylor Swift’s new bestie was announced as a rookie for Sports Illustrated’s 60th anniversary issue on Thursday.
In preview pictures, she showed off her assets in several tiny swimsuits on the beaches of Belize, including a crochet set by Natalia Fedner and a cutout one-piece by Mugler. Her pictures will be published in May’s edition of the magazine.

“I’m truly just so humbled and still in disbelief,” she told Sports Illustrated.
“As a girl from Tyler, Texas, who only really knew sports, never in a million years did I think I’d be in [the SI Swimsuit Issue]. I’m just so grateful for this opportunity.”
She added, “I want people to know that they can accomplish anything, even things you never thought would be possible in your wildest dreams.”
That same day, she took to her Instagram Story to defend herself against the hate she received for posing for the sports magazine.
“I’m here to tell you. People will dislike you. People will love you,” she penned on her Instagram Story alongside a sneak peek of her sizzling shoot.
“Don’t let any of that define you. KEEP SHINING and being YOU.”
On Sunday, Brittany will cheer on Patrick as he plays for his third Super Bowl ring. He previously led the Chiefs to victory in 2020 and 2023.
