Gisele Bündchen is working on herself.
More than a year after her divorce from seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady, the supermodel, 43, took to social media Saturday to share a cryptic yet motivational quote about personal growth.
“Personal transformation is not easy. Healing yourself takes time,” the quote by writer Yung Pueblo (real name Diego Perez) began.
“Letting go can sometimes feel overwhelming. Building new habits can seem like an uphill battle.”
“Even with all of these challenges inner-work is worth it,” the quote continued. “This active form of self-love can radically change your life.”
Along with the quote, Bündchen — who lost her mother to cancer in January — shared a photo of herself gazing at a vivid sunset from a balcony that overlooked a waterside city and mountains.
Last month, she also shared a glimpse of her personal healing journey by telling fans via a social media Q&A that she’s “focusing” on the mantra, “Don’t take things personally.”
The tidbit came about a month after Brady, 46, shared a mysterious quote about a “lying cheating heart” by Muhammad Ali online.
Just before that, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel shared another cryptic message speaking about heartbreak and “silent struggles.”
“Everyone we meet has faced or is facing challenges in life that we know nothing about,” she began.
“We don’t see the silent struggles, the fear, the obstacles, the heartbreaks, or their daily ups and downs.”
The quote continued, “As we go about our daily routine, we may miss seeing someone needing a simple, kind word or gesture. I believe an act of kindness sparks more kindness, and this is what we most need in the world today.”
She shared the quote just over a year after Brady confirmed they finalized their divorce following 13 years of marriage.
The pair separated after having a major disagreement about their futures, specifically after Brady announced his retirement from the NFL in February 2022 just to take back his word the next month.
“There’s been trouble in the marriage over his decision to un-retire. Gisele has always been the one with the kids,” a source told Pvnew at the time.
“They had agreed he would retire to focus on the family, then he changed his mind.”
