T.J. Holmes hinted that he and Amy Robach are not allowed inside Disney parks after being ousted as co-hosts of “GMA3.”
“I don’t think we are allowed on the park’s grounds anymore,” the journalist told former “Bachelor” star Matt James with a laugh during Thursday’s episode of the “Amy and T.J.” podcast.
“We will check. Last we checked, we weren’t.”
The former news anchor made the allegations after James, who is also an avid runner like Holmes and Robach, revealed he was “going to run the London Marathon” in April.
The 32-year-old continued, “I am going to try to get [my girlfriend] Rachael [Kirkconnell] into a race — the Disney 5K. She loves Disney so any way to entice her into not being mad about me buying so many running shoes.”
Holmes, 46, then expressed that he and Robach, 51, would love to join the couple for the 5k, but didn’t think they’d be allowed inside.
However, a source told Pvnew the couple aren’t banned from Disney parks.
Before their relationship was exposed in November 2022, Robach and Holmes worked together on the ABC network — which is owned by Disney — for two years.
The former newscasters’s romance prompted their suspension from their jobs for nearly two months before they were axed in January 2023.
They started dating while training side-by-side for the New York City Half Marathon in March 2022 while still wed to their respective exes.
At the time, Holmes was married to Marilee Fiebig for 13 years, with whom he shares daughter Sabine, 10.
He filed for divorce on Dec. 28, 2022, almost two months after his relationship with Hobach was exposed.
As for Robach, her divorce from Andrew Shue was nearly finalized when the news came out.
While Robach and Holmes continue to put on a united front, their exes are now dating each other after bonding over the scandal, Pvnew exclusively revealed in December 2023.
Photos obtained by this outlet showed Shue and Fiebig jetting out of New York City together last month.
Meanwhile, the former TV journalists denied cheating on their spouses during an episode of their podcast last year.
“To be clear, we were outed as being in a relationship, but everyone else thought we were being outed as adulterers — being outed as cheating on our spouses — and it wasn’t the case,” Holmes explained in December.
“We both at that point were in divorce proceedings.”
The couple also expressed how they’ve “chosen” to love each other and would be “devastated” if their romance ended.
