Charlize Theron revealed her biggest beauty regret that still haunts her to this day.
“Hands down, the thin eyebrow from the ’90s,” the “Fast X” star told InStyle in an interview published Wednesday.
“I’m still recovering from that.”
Over-plucked and arched brows were one of the hottest trends when the actress was starting her career nearly three decades ago.
At the time, Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Alba and Kate Moss were among the stars who also jumped on the craze.
And while the trend has since died down, it appears to be making a comeback, with model Bella Hadid rocking pencil-thin brows this summer.
While it’s fair to say Theron won’t be hopping on that trend again, she is happily embracing her natural beauty as she ages.
“My face is changing, and I love that my face is changing and aging,” the “Atomic Blonde” actress, 48, told Allure earlier this month.
She added that people have been questioning whether she’s had work done.
“People think I had a facelift,” Theron said. “They’re like, ‘What did she do to her face?’ I’m like, ‘Bitch, I’m just aging! It doesn’t mean I got bad plastic surgery. This is just what happens.'”
Additionally, the “Bombshell” star said the double standard “that men kind of age like fine wines and women like cut flowers” has always irked her.
“I despise that concept and I want to fight against it,” she explained. “But I also think women want to age in a way that feels right to them. I think we need to be a little bit more empathetic to how we all go through our journey.”
The mom of two — who won an Oscar for 2003’s “Monster” — also admitted she will never dramatically alter her appearance for a movie role again.
After putting on 50 pounds for her 2018 film “Tully,” the A-lister revealed she struggled to get back to her previous size.
“I called my doctor and I said, ‘I think I’m dying because I cannot lose this weight.’ And he was like, ‘You’re over 40. Calm down. Your metabolism is not what it was.’ Nobody wants to hear that,” she said.
