Tom Brady is “healing” following his highly publicized divorce from Gisele Bündchen.
The NFL legend shared a passage from meditation expert Diego Perez that detailed what holds “great power,” and among the nine principles were “healing yourself” and “fostering deep connections.”
“Love this thank you for sharing @yungpueblo,” he wrote on his Instagram Story Wednesday, adding three red heart emojis.
The not-so-cryptic message also comes as Brady has begun dating Irina Shayk, whom he met in June at the A-list wedding of Joe Nahmad and Madison Headrick.
Although reps vehemently denied Pvnew’s exclusive report that the model “threw herself” at the former quarterback during the ceremony, the two were caught having a sleepover at his Los Angeles home just weeks later.
They were photographed at the time getting flirty in Brady’s Rolls-Royce as they drove down a street together.
A source told us in July that Brady and Shayk’s romance was “casual,” and that they were merely enjoying each other’s company.
“This is something new, and at the moment it’s totally casual,” the insider said.
The pair then made their way back to the East Coast, where they enjoyed a “private and ensconced” dinner for two at Sushi Azabu in Tribeca.
“It was just the two of them,” an eyewitness told Pvnew in early August. “They were just in their own little world. They clearly didn’t want to be around people.”
Perhaps their craving for privacy is why Brady, 46, and Shayk, 37, met up in London a couple of weeks ago for a 48-hour romp at the luxe Twenty Two hotel.
Shutterbugs captured the couple leaving the chic digs just five minutes apart — and Shayk had been wearing the same outfit as the night before.
However, the famed athlete and the Russian stunner haven’t been seen together since, as she’s been getting touchy-feely with her ex Bradley Cooper while on vacation in Italy with their 6-year-old daughter, Lea.
The family of three are in Venice for the premiere of Cooper’s new film, “Maestro,” although he won’t be attending the big event in light of the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike.
