Kroy Biermann believes his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak, is seeking a confidentiality order amid their ongoing contentious divorce to keep her own skeletons in the closet.
“Kroy has absolutely nothing to hide in these divorce proceedings and documents,” a source exclusively tells Pvnew Wednesday.
The source alleges the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum, 45, “does a whole lot and she doesn’t want the public to know about it.”
Zolciak reportedly claimed in recent court docs that Biermann leaked information to the press and blamed him for embarrassing anecdotes about their lives being made public. She did not specify which details, though.
Our insider says those allegations are due to the Zolciak’s “paranoia,” accusing the former “Housewife” of being the one to release unsavory information.
“She loves to project. It’s the narcissism,” the source adds.
Biermann has filed to deny Zolciak’s confidentiality motion, we’re told.
The source concludes, “It’s almost impossible for the proceedings to be kept under confidentiality so if some of it is going to be out then why not all of it? It makes no difference.”
Zolciak’s rep declined Pvnew’s request for comment.
If the court approves the “Tardy for the Party” singer’s request, a protective order will be issued that would redact certain names and financial records in the divorce docs. It appears a ruling has not been made.
Since Biermann and Zolciak first filed to divorce each other in May 2023, called it off two months later and then the former refiled shortly after, the exes’ marital strife has been plastered all over headlines.
Biermann has accused Zolciak of being abusive in front their six children and has also alleged she has a gambling addiction that caused her to lose $1.5 million throughout their 12-year marriage.
Zolciak, for her part, alleged to police in bodycam footage that was released in October 2023 that the former Atlanta Falcons player had “threatened” her and “been physical before.”
She also claimed in a 911 call that she felt “unsafe” with Biermann in their shared Georgia home.
Most recently, Zolciak accused her ex of stealing her expensive jewelry and purses, but an officer explained to the reality star that the items are shared marital property until their divorce is finalized.
Aside from the back-and-forth finger-pointing between the two, the “Don’t Be Tardy” alums are also facing serious financial issues.
They were recently forced to slash $1 million from their mansion — which has faced foreclosure multiple times — in an effort to finally sell the property.
Zolciak and Biermann also face a series of lawsuits. He is being sued by his former divorce lawyer and a car company for unpaid bills, and is also ordered to pay $230,000 in a separate bank lawsuit with his ex.
She, meanwhile, has also been sued by a credit card company for more than $150,000 and Target for additional unpaid bills.
A source recently told Pvnew that Zolciak and Biermann are nowhere near to finalizing their divorce.
