Christian Oliver’s estate is up in the air as the late “Indiana Jones” actor died in a plane crash without a will in place.
Court documents obtained by Pvnew show Oliver, whose real name is Christian Klepser, left behind a $1.08 million estate.
Now his mother, Ursula Klepser, and father, Gerhard Klepser, are nominating a man named Konstantin Richter to be the administrator of their son’s estate.
In addition to his parents, Oliver was survived by his sister, Alexandra Klepser.
Tragically, Oliver’s two daughters, Annik, 12, and Madita, 10, died with him in the Jan. 4 crash, so his other family members will likely inherit his estate.
The family of three had been flying from the Caribbean island of Bequia to St. Lucia when their single-engine plane “experienced difficulties and plummeted into the ocean,” the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police said.
The “Speed Racer” actor was 51. The pilot and the owner of the plane, Robert Sachs, also died in the heartbreaking incident.
Oliver had just posted about his family getaway on Instagram on New Year’s Day.
“Greetings from somewhere in paradise!” he captioned a photo of the beach. “To community and love …2024 her [sic] we come !”
The “Valkyrie” actor’s ex-wife, Jessica Klepser, and his family shared in a public statement that they were “deeply saddened” by the horrific accident.
Both of Oliver and Jessica’s daughters shared a “deep bond, infectious laughter and adventurous spirit” that will be “missed” by all of those who knew them, per the post.
The statement concluded, “His loss will be deeply felt by all who knew him.”
The “Cobra 11” star, who doubled as a real estate agent, was born in Celle, Germany, and raised in Frankfurt. He moved to the United States at the age of 21 to pursue a career in modeling and acting.
