The Texas cemetery where Megan Thee Stallion’s mom, Holly Thomas, is buried has increased security after Nicki Minaj named-dropped the late rapper in her new diss record.
According to TMZ, the cemetery has reached out to local authorities and upped security personnel at their facility for extra protection for Thomas’ gravesite.
Though the cemetery told the outlet that nothing has happened to the gravesite yet, they are on “high alert.”
The cemetery’s added security measures come after Minaj mentioned Thomas in a diss record to the “Savage” rapper, whose real name is Megan Pete, named “Big Foot.”
“How you f–k your mother man when she die? / How you go on Gayle King and can’t cry? / Chile, bye / Big Foot, but you still a small fry / Swearin’ on your dead mother when you lie,” she rapped.
Minaj — born onika Maraj — proceeded to repeat “Lyin’ on your dead mama” multiple times in the song, referencing alleged lies Megan told about previous sexual relationships she had.
Crazed fans of the “Barbie World” emcee, 41, have taken to X, leaking where Thomas was buried.
Thomas died in March 2019 from a cancerous brain tumor.
Minaj also rapped about the 2020 incident where Megan, 28, was shot in the foot by Tory Lanez, calling her a “Glass-fragment-foot-ass bitch.”
In December 2022, Lanez, 31, was found guilty on all charges for the shooting. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison the following August.
The beef between the former collaborators-turned-foes reignited last Friday following the release of Megan’s new single, “Hiss.”
In the song, the “Sweetest Pie” rapper took a dig at Minaj’s husband, convicted sex offender Kenneth Petty, by mentioning Megan’s Law, a federal law in the US that requires law enforcement authorities to make information available to the public regarding registered sex offenders.
“These hoes don’t be mad at Megan / These hoes mad at Megan’s Law / I don’t really know what the problem is / But I guarantee y’all don’t want me to start,” she rapped.
Petty, 45, became a registered sex offender after being convicted of attempted rape in the first degree in April 1995 for assaulting a then-16-year-old girl named Jennifer Hough.
In October 2019, the dad of one pleaded guilty to failing to register as a sex offender in the state of California after relocating there from New York.
Megan and Nicki collaborated on their hit, “Hot Girl Summer,” in 2019 but fell out sometime after that.
The three-time Grammy winner has yet to respond to the “Super Freaky Girl” rapper’s diss track.
