Jason Oppenheim is off the market again.
The “Selling Sunset” star was spotted showing PDA with TikTok star Danika Tanya nearly three months after his breakup from Marie-Lou Nurk.
Oppenheim, 46, and Tanya were seen smooching and getting handsy while enjoying a romantic vacation in St. Tropez on Monday.
At one point, the real estate broker was photographed hugging the blond content creator as they took a dip in the sparkling sea.
In another intimate moment, the duo were seen making out as Tanya held on to a refreshing cocktail.
Oppenheim showed off his muscular frame by going shirtless, while his new flame looked stylish in a sheer blue blouse over a white bikini. She accessorized with Prada sunglasses and a string of pearls around her neck.
The pair looked flirty as they continuously giggled while enjoying the beachside excursion.
Neither Oppenheim nor Tanya has confirmed their relationship, though the social media star has been posting videos of her European adventures on her TikTok, where she boasts more than 37,000 followers.
The Oppenheim Group president’s PDA with Tanya comes after he and Nurk called off their 10-month relationship in May.
“While we still love and care about each other very much the distance between us has proven to be too great a challenge to overcome,” he captured a photo of the exes watching the sunset on his Instagram Story at the time.
“We remain close friends and continue to talk often and support each other and we want the very best for one another. We thank everyone for their support throughout our relationship.”
Oppenheim and Nurk had been living together in an $18 million, 5,500-square-foot condo prior to their breakup.
“We’re living here, I think, for many years,” he told People earlier this year. “I’ve lived in many nice places, but this is my favorite place by far.”
But distance seemed to be a contributing factor to their relationship’s downfall, as Nurk moved back to her native Paris while Oppenheim remained in Los Angeles.
“The truth is, we both knew from the beginning that I would have to move back because of my job, friends, and family being here,” the model said during an Instagram Q&A.
“Long distance relationships can be tough, but we’re both committed to making it work. We make sure to communicate regularly and make time for each other despite the distance.”
They were first romantically linked when they were seen enjoying a Grecian getaway last summer and made their red carpet debut a month later at the “Day Shift” premiere in LA.
Prior to his romance with Nurk, Oppenheim had a whirlwind romance with his co-star Chrishell Stause, but they broke up after seven months of dating over different opinions about starting a family.
The “All My Children” alum, 42, moved on, secretly marrying G Flip, 29, in May after dating for one year.
Stause was previously married to Justin Hartley from 2017 to 2021, and their breakup drama played out on the Netflix real estate reality show.
