It’s her against the music.
Britney Spears looked unbothered as she danced around in two different sexy looks on Instagram Monday, with her Reel following the news that her husband, Sam Asghari, had filed for divorce.
The “Baby One More Time” singer, 41, wore a short-sleeved yellow crop top with a snakeskin-print bikini bottom as she spun around her living room to “Sauce” by Naïka, pairing the low-cut shirt with a pair of tall black boots.
Spears — who sources tell Pvnew is in the process of planning a new album — wore her blond hair pulled up in a high ponytail, accessorizing with a dainty choker necklace.
She then goes on to let her hair down and change into a red crop top with three-quarter sleeves as the music switches up to “That’s the Way Love Goes” by Janet Jackson — perhaps a reference to the outcome of her 1-year marriage.
The “Toxic” singer turned the comments off on her post, captioning it with a row of bow-and-arrow emojis.
This isn’t the first carefree post she’s shared on Instagram since the news of her surprise split broke on August 16.
Instead of addressing the breakup, Spears posted a picture of herself riding a horse on a beach after the fitness trainer accused her of cheating, with the pop star — who wore a yellow bikini and shorts in the snap — writing that she was “buying a horse soon.”
When she finally broke her silence on the split Saturday, the “Work Bitch” singer wore a similar cropped look to dance around to another Janet Jackson hit, “If.”
Wearing a black crop top and neon green bikini bottom, Spears wrote, “As everyone knows, Hesam and I are no longer together … 6 years is a long time to be with someone so, I’m a little shocked but … I’m not here to explain why because its honestly nobody’s business !!!”
She’s since gone on to post a topless video as she rolled around in a bed and one of herself getting licked by a male friend as she seemed to enjoy the single life.
While the couple — who met in 2016 and married last June — didn’t last, we have a feeling Britney will end up stronger than yesterday.
