One year after Olivia Newton-John’s death, her daughter, Chloe Lattanzi, admitted that she hasn’t been “taking care of” herself.

The 37-year-old confessed to her Instagram followers Saturday that she has been “neglecting” her health since the “Grease” star’s August 2022 passing and previous breast cancer battle.

“I have not been OK,” Lattanzi said in the social media upload. “If I have forgotten to return your calls, I’ve had extreme memory loss, I’ve had difficulty getting out of bed.”

While the singer has “stuck to [her] commitments” — and will take part in the Walk for Wellness event honoring Newton-John on Oct. 8 — she is subsequently planning to take an Instagram hiatus.

“After the walk I’m going to disappear for about three weeks, just to honor my mind, body and spirit because I’m developing a little bit of health issues in my mind and my body,” Lattanzi explained.

She went on to apologize to those she has been “inconsistent with” recently.

“I haven’t been consistent with myself and I haven’t been taking care of myself,” the “Rock the Cradle” alum concluded. “So in the spirit of my mother and the spirit of the Wellness Walk, I’m going to take a month to do that so that I can be of complete service to everyone else.”

Lattanzi and her dad, John Easterling, have been vocal about their grief journeys since Newton-John’s death at age 73.

In February, Lattanzi told “Today” show viewers that her mom was “making jokes … right before she lost her ability to speak,” and her final words were, “My sunshine.”

Easterling, for his part, added at the time that he still speaks “out loud” to his late wife, whom he was married to for 14 years.

The 71-year-old businessman explained that he feels Newton-John’s presence most “late at night or early in the morning.”
