Matt Rife is the latest performer to get pelted with a random object on stage — and this time, it was a bra.
An eyewitness tells Pvnew exclusively that the 27-year-old comedian was performing at the Ovation Hall in Atlantic City’s Ocean Casino Resort Saturday night when a female spectator decided to shoot her shot.
“It went down when Rife was flirting with an 85-year-old woman who had flown all the way from Florida for the show, she got pelted with a bra,” the eyewitness says.
The eyewitness further tells us that Rife was “taken aback” because “why would someone throw something at an 80-something-year-old.”
The insider notes that the octogenarian’s daughter picked it up with “disgust” and threw it the rest of the way toward Rife.
As a second eyewitness describes it, Rife did not even bother to catch it as it landed at his feet.
The insider tells us that he did pick it up and noticed that something had been scribbled on it.
“‘If you find my bra, please feel free to reach out to’ … oh, it’s her Instagram handle,” he told the crowd, per the eyewitness, before he noticed that she had also written down the name of the hotel she was staying at — not the Ocean — and hotel room number.
Rather than keeping the info to himself, he playfully read it out loud, the insider tells us. However, it’s unknown whether the info was accurate or not.
When the camera panned over to the flirt, she was cheering and seemed “nonchalant” that he had revealed her personal information.
“The women were feral at the show; there were multiple fan groups with personalized shirts and they were all taking photos with his posters which featured him shirtless,” the insider describes.
Rife, who is known on social media for his dashing good looks, did not bat an eyelash at the one-night stand attempt as he is currently dating actress Jessica Lord.
Pvnew previously reported that after a brief fling with Lucy Hale, Rife is smitten with the “Find Me in Paris” actress.
Amid his busy tour, which featured five sold-out shows in three nights in Atlantic City, he is spending time with his girlfriend during the little free time he has.
