Angelina Jolie and her second oldest son, Pax, were pictured on a rare dinner outing at celebrity hotspot Sushi Park in Los Angeles Wednesday night.
The “Maleficent” actress and the 20-year-old seemed to be enjoying some one-on-one time as they were seen walking in and out of the strip mall joint.
Jolie, 48, looked cozy in a black shawl that she held over a nearly floor-length white, flowy dress. She completed her look with a pair of nude heels and a black leather handbag that she carried on her arm.
The mom of six also debuted lighter locks, wearing her usually dark-colored hair in a golden, honey-blond hue.
As for Pax, he wore a pair of black jeans, a white long-sleeved shirt, a black beanie and a pair of gray Vans sneakers.
Aside from Pax, Jolie and her third ex-husband, Brad Pitt, share five other kids — Maddox, 22, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 17, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 15.
The former couple — who were declared divorced in April 2019 — adopted all of their children except for Shiloh, who was born in a Namibian hospital in May 2006, and the twins, whom they welcomed in July 2008.
Jolie and the children, however, have had an estranged relationship with the “Bullet Train” star, 60.
In October 2022, the “Eternals” actress claimed that Pitt “choked one of the children and struck another in the face” before “grabb[ing] Jolie by the head and [shaking] her” while they were on a plane in 2016.
“At one point, he poured beer on Jolie; at another, he poured beer and red wine on the children,” the documents obtained by Pvnew claimed. Following the alleged incident, Jolie promptly filed for divorce.
Pitt has denied the claims and the FBI declined to file any charges against him.
Amid the contentious divorce, the kids have made it clear who they are siding with.
In November 2023, Zahara hinted that she was no longer on good terms with Pitt during her Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. induction ceremony at Spelman College.
When the college student introduced herself to the crowd, she left off the “Pitt” from her name.
In that same month, a resurfaced Father’s Day Instagram post from Pax made headlines for the way he dissed Pitt.
“Happy Father’s Day to this world class a–hole!! You time and time again prove yourself to be a terrible and despicable person,” he wrote in 2020, per the Daily Mail.
“You have no consideration or empathy toward your 4 youngest children who tremble in fear when in your presence,” he continued.
“You have made the lives of those closest to me a constant hell. You may tell yourself and the world whatever you want, but the truth will come to light someday. So, Happy Father’s Day, you f–king awful human being!!!”
Aside from the drama, Jolie recently gushed over how close she and her children are when talking about her lack of social life.
“They are the closest people to me and my life, and they’re my close friends,” she told WSJ. Magazine last month.
“We’re seven very different people, which is our strength,” she continued, adding elsewhere, “We had to heal. There are things we needed to heal from.”
