Jessica Biel wants everyone to know her favorite multitasking hack.
The “7th Heaven” alum took to TikTok Monday to rave about eating in the shower, claiming it’s “deeply satisfying” and saves her time.
“It’s pretty simple, guys,” she said. “You can do this. I find it deeply satisfying.”
Biel explained she has a set of rules for shower eating, which involves a ledge to stick a coffee or a yogurt container on.
“I like to take a bite or a sip and put it on the ledge, and then you do your thing. You wash your hair — keep the soap out — that’s a big deal.”
“The only tricky thing is when you’re chewing, you got to keep your mouth closed because I still like to get under the water while I’m chewing, and for whatever reason, I want to open my mouth at the same time and spit water,” she continued.
The “Illusionist” actress, 41, quipped that the impulse might unconsciously stem from her childhood or from having to defend herself when her two sons — whom she shares with husband Justin Timberlake — spit in her face while bathing.
She further said shower eating can be “a relief in so many ways” for multitaskers.
Biel concluded, “Chew, do not open the mouth [and] do not let the shower water in. There you go, enjoy your shower-consuming.”
Her clever method was applauded by fellow mothers, who either sought to save time or simply wanted to eat in peace.
“I got four kids, they eat my food, I stand behind this 100 percent since it’s the only place for privacy,” one fan commented.
“You mean, I could eat chocolate without sharing with my 5 year old,” another quipped.
Biel initially took to social media in December to reveal her love for eating and drinking in the shower, saying the most “appropriate items” included cereal, yogurt, popsicles, coffee and tea.
She referred to the items as “safe” because if they spill, they can simply go down the drain.
Biel previously gave her followers a glimpse of her shower time snacks in 2017 when she showed herself eating noodles in a black and white snap.
Then in 2020, she shared a now-deleted pic of an empty plate on the shower ledge that she explained was filled with chicken and apple sausage, per People.
