Jamie Lynn Spears has broken her silence on Britney Spears’ divorce from Sam Asghari — on social media, at least.
Shortly after the estranged couple’s breakup made headlines, the “Zoey 101” alum “liked” an Instagram post announcing the split.
The social media upload in question, posted by People on Wednesday, featured a throwback red carpet photo of the then-married couple, reading, “Britney Spears and husband Sam Asghari separate after 14 months of marriage.”
Apart from her subtle social media display, the former Nickelodeon star has yet to react to her older sister’s news.

Britney, 41, and the 29-year-old actor called it quits after alleged cheating accusations, sources told TMZ.
When the fitness trainer filed for divorce on Wednesday, according to the outlet, he listed their date of separation as July 28, 13 months after the duo’s Thousand Oaks, Calif., wedding.
Asghari cited “irreconcilable differences” in his filing and requested his estranged wife pay spousal support and his attorneys’ fees.
He is “attempting to negotiate concessions beyond his prenup and threatening to go public with extraordinarily embarrassing information about Britney unless he gets paid,” a source tells Pvnew.
“It’s blackmail and it’ll never happen,” another insider adds.

Jamie Lynn’s relationship with Britney has had its own ups and downs over the years, with the siblings recently meeting up after a bitter feud.
The Grammy winner revealed in June that she visited Jamie Lynn on the “Zoey 102” set, writing, “It was nice to visit my sister on set last week !!! I’ve missed you guys so much !!! Loyal girls stay home but it’s so nice to visit family !!!”
The previous month, Britney reconciled with her mom, Lynne Spears, after years of estrangement.
The 68-year-old reportedly “begg[ed] Britney to make amends with Jamie Lynn” during their May meet-up, according to the Daily Mail.
Britney, who was freed from her 13-year conservatorship in 2021, has publicly butted heads with her sister on multiple occasions.
The “Sweet Magnolias” star wrote extensively about their strained dynamic in her 2022 memoir, “Things I Should Have Said.”
Britney has a memoir of her own, titled “The Woman in Me,” set to release in October.
