Lenny Hochstein has had a change of heart.
The newly engaged plastic surgeon filed an emergency petition on Aug. 10 to rescind the marriage settlement he and his estranged wife, Lisa Hochstein, had agreed upon, according to the court docket seen by Pvnew.
A second filing notes that Lenny’s attorney has “conferred” with the “Real Housewives of Miami” star’s legal representation and both agreed to resolve the issue without an official hearing.
Lenny, 57, also requested their now-defunct settlement to be kept confidential and wrote in the confidentiality agreement that he filed his urgent petition in “anticipation” of Lisa, 41, rejecting the settlement herself.
However, a source close to the estranged couple tells us that the “boob god” is trying to force the reality star to sign his “low-ball” offer to continue to “bankrupt” her by withdrawing the deal and extending the legal process, leading to more attorneys’ fees.
Reps for the Hochsteins didn’t immediately return Pvnew’s requests for comment.
As Pvnew exclusively reported in early July, Lenny and Lisa were close to settling their bitter divorce battle and even agreed that she would move out of their Miami estate in September.
only weeks later, the doctor proposed to his much-younger girlfriend, 27-year-old Katharina Mazepa, with a “colossal” radiant diamond ring, which prompted Lisa to call him out for getting engaged to his “mistress.”
The drama only continued to unfurl as Lenny’s own mother inserted herself into the conversation by shading Lisa.
“I will be very happy that this time you are getting a woman who love [sic] and respect you,” Marina Hochstein, who is from Russia, commented beneath Lenny and Mazepa’s joint Instagram announcement.
“You certainly did not have that in your previous marriage,” she added. “Good luck congratulations.”
Following all the kerfuffle taking place on social media, Lenny blasted Lisa’s belief that she is a “victim” of their divorce.
“I told [Lisa] that we were going to get divorced and that I was going to start seeing other people. I’m tired of Lisa’s false victim narrative,” he told Us Weekly.
“She’s no victim. She’s a selfish, self-centered person who cares about nothing past herself. Not me, not the children. Absolutely nothing.”
In response, the Peacock personality told us that Lenny was “so desperate for attention” that he “staged” his Ibiza proposal weeks after actually getting engaged.
“Now look who’s acting like a real housewife,” Lisa sniped, adding that he is a “man with many problems.”
“Stop being so thirsty,” she added.
