Annemarie Wiley slammed the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) over their “defamation campaign” against her.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, 40, took to her Instagram Stories Saturday to pen a lengthy message after the medical association called her out for seemingly misrepresenting her medical qualifications.

“I do not condone the ASA’s defamation campaign. I am a CRNA, a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories.

“I am extremely proud of my profession. I will not be accused of title misappropriation because a cast mate needed a storyline on a reality tv show. This is my real life and my career.”

Wiley explained that she never claimed to be an anesthesiologist and she has “immense respect” for those in that profession.

“I ask that the ASA, and other Anesthesiologists, show respect to CRNAs as well,” she continued.

“This type of unhealthy discourse only causes friction and professional division. Political issues exist between physician anesthesiologists and CRNAs, which explains their current attack on me and the CRNA profession.”

The reality star newbie said all anesthesia providers “should always be working together” for the betterment of their patients.

“My aim is to educate the pubic (sic) on who CRNA’s are and what we do in providing the highest quality of anesthesia care to those we serve,” she concluded.

In a second post, Wiley apologized for questioning her co-star Sutton Stracke’s esophagus condition, saying that the storyline was “not funny.”

“That storyline was unauthentically dragged on for far too long, and I have been dragged through the mud in the process,” she said.

“I just want to highlight the ‘Real’ in Reality TV.”

Wiley’s comments come after the ASA shared a statement on Instagram Thursday with a graphic differentiating between anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists.

“The Real Housewives know a fake. Anesthesiologists are medical doctors with more than 12 years of higher education and up to 16,000 hours of clinical training,” the organization captioned the post.

“Title misappropriation has no place in health care.”

During Season 13 of the hit Bravo show, Wiley spent a lot of time questioning Stracke, 52, after the boutique owner revealed she had an esophageal stricture.

The mom of four, who told her co-stars she went to medical school and allegedly introduced herself as a doctor when meeting Crystal Kung Minkoff for the first time, has repeatedly questioned Stracke’s claim that the condition makes it more difficult to eat, which was met with criticism from “Real Housewives of Miami” star and anesthesiologist Dr. Nicole.

Dr. Martin, 38, said Wiley’s comments about Stracke’s condition were “very uncomfortable and cringey.”
