Does Dean McDermott have some new digs?
The actor was spotted with moving boxes outside of his girlfriend Lily Calo‘s residence in Los Angeles after his split from Tori Spelling.
McDermott, 56, was photographed Wednesday carrying a cardboard box from Lowe’s marked “Dean” in black marker from out of the trunk of an SUV.
He was dressed in a white T-shirt, a blue, tan and white flannel shirt, jeans and black shoes in the photos obtained by the Daily Mail.
Calo, 32, was also present for the apparent move, and was seen helping her beau unload one of the boxes.
She wore a large, olive green bomber jacket, a black tee, jeans and a pair of Converse sneakers. The account executive accessorized the look with gold hoop earrings.
Aside from boxes, the back of McDermott’s vehicle was also filled with a pillow, black backpacks and other items.
His rep did not immediately return Pvnew’s request for comment.
McDermott and Calo went public with their romance in October 2023 when they were seen holding hands at a welfare office.
They were spotted on a double date shortly after and have since not been shy about showcasing their love for each other with some PDA.
This is McDermott’s first known relationship since he announced his separation from Spelling, 50, in June 2023 after 17 years of marriage.
“It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,” the former “Chopped Canada” host wrote on Instagram.
“We will continue to work together as loving parents and guide and love our children through this difficult time. We ask that you all respect our privacy as we take this time to surround our family with love and work our way through this. Thank you all for your support and kindness.”
Following the split, Spelling and her children — Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, 6 — were seen temporarily living in a $100-a-night motel and then an RV, sparking money woes concerns.
McDermott, for his part, was not present for those stays. However, it was revealed that Spelling’s old home had an ongoing mold infestation issue that caused the family to find another short-term residence.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum later packed her brood into an $18,000-a-month rental and then toured open houses for a much nicer full-time house for her family.
Meanwhile, McDermott said he has been estranged from his wife and kids for months after getting into a “drunk and angry” fight with the actress.
The “Due South” alum revealed in November that he spent Thanksgiving at a sober living facility while he tries to get his life back on track.
