Chrissy Teigen admitted that her 5-year-old son Miles has “never” eaten a vegetable.
“Miles has still not had a vegetable,” the “Cravings” cookbook author revealed during an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” Thursday. “He is 6, almost.”
Teigen — who currently stars in “Chrissy & Dave Dine Out” alongside chef David Chang — quickly corrected herself.
“He accidentally ate a broccoli floret in a fried rice and was so upset about it.”
The Sports Illustrated alum shared that she’s previously attended a Zoom call with Miles’ school where they talked about his picky eating.
“It’s the only thing they really have control over at that age so he uses it,” Teigen, 38, explained.
Even though her son is picky, she called out her 7-year-old daughter Luna, who was sitting in the audience with dad John Legend, for being the “best eater.”
“Luna is amazing, she eats salads, vegetables,” she said as the camera showed her in the audience.
The mom of four also gushed over her daughter being there for the taping of the show.
“She goes to ‘The Voice’ all the time and she sees daddy work but she’s never really come to see me so we snatched her up from school and she came to see this,” Teigen said.
Teigen and Legend, 45, are also parents to daughter Esti, 1, and son Wren, 7 months, who they welcomed via surrogate in June 2023.
Although the pair kept their surrogacy journey private, Teigen has been outspoken about her difficult journey to have a family over the years.
Teigen revealed that she suffered a stillbirth at 20 weeks pregnant in September 2020.
They had named their unborn son, Jack.
Two years later, Teigen clarified that she did not suffer a miscarriage but had to have a “life-saving” abortion due to a partial placenta abruption.
Last month, the “Lip Sync Battle” co-host shared that she had seen her late son while undergoing a ketamine therapy session for her 38th birthday.
